ISSUE 4 HAS LANDED

That's right boys and girls, after 8 months of absence OberZine is back! It's bigger and better than ever at 44 nipple raising, badly xeroxed, black 'n' white pages of fun! Click 'add to cart' on the right to get it mailed to your door (you can use credit/debit cards if you don't have a paypal account) If you live overseas and want a copy then email oberzine@hotmail.com and we'll sort something out.

*EDIT* If you're in the Surrey area, you can now pick an issue up at The Boardroom, Dorking

This time we got; how-to's, super fresh art work, random rants, cartoons and riding pics by the bucket load!

Big respect to Joe 'Ratboy' Caplin for landing the cover shot. Kinda reminds me of that old argument (usually relative to trend following) when your parents ask you 'So, if Joe jumped off a cliff, would you too?' to which I'd reply 'No, but I'd take a picture.'

Bletchingly Progress

As you've more than likely heard, the midi-ramp in Bletchingly is in danger of being torn down on health and safety grounds by Tanbridge District Council. What's particularly hard to swallow is the fact that the council made a mistake when laying the tarmac underneath the ramp which has caused the ramp to rot. Furious locals have kicked up a fuss and got the Surrey Mirror involved in their fight to keep the ramp up, READ ALL ABOUT IT. The above banner is a link to the petition site where you can (if you haven't already) sign it and help these lads out in building a case against the council's decision.

Anyone who can spot the two mistakes on the Surrey Mirrror site report gets a fucking sweetie.

Proper Bike Co - Picture Box - Trailer from IMG TV on Vimeo.

A great deal of the above trailer(and the actual dvd i imagine) is filmed by Tonash Goodyear who appears a number of times in the new OberZine Issue #4 as a contributor, a rider and even a background subject. Check back soon for details on how to get your grubby little digits on a copy of issue #4
