basically the council wanna tear down this ramp in bletchingly, surrey (because its a health risk) instead of shelling out for it to be repaired. i could go into how much work the locals put into raising the money for this over the span of a decade but the sheer fact that its an awesome ramp should be enough incentive for you to wanna do something about it. what can you do about it? easy.
